After graduating from the University of Florida in Spring of 2013, AJ’s professional experience within the esports field has been as a Social Media Director, Event Coordinator, Collegiate Esports Head Coach at Park University, Chair of the Kansas City Esports Coalition, and Director of Membership Sales and Services for the National Association of Collegiate Esports. Association of Collegiate Esports and the Chair for the Kansas City Esports Coalition. Currently, AJ holds the position of Course Director in the Game Business & Esports Bachelor of Science program at Full Sail University.

Sari Kitelyn is the Director of Esports for Full Sail University and the owner of Greater Orlando XP League. For the past 16 years, she has successfully developed brand initiatives for Full Sail, including brand campaigns, community outreach projects, new business development, and strategic planning. Since 2016, Sari has been building Full Sail’s award-winning esports ecosystem from the ground up, including establishing Full Sail Armada, Full Sail’s varsity esports team.

Current STEM/Esports TOSA for Minneapolis Public School District. Previous Head Esports Coach for Minnesota State University, Mankato. Board of Director’s member and Membership Mentor for NACE. Esports & Coffee Co- Founder, WIGI Mentor, QWE Mentor and Events Member for WISE-TwinCities. Advisor for esports university programs and high school clubs.

Danielle Sirekis is the Head Coach of Esports at Lawrence Technological University. Danielle built the varsity program from the ground up, focusing on creating an inclusive community space with high-level competition. Currently, the program fields nearly 40 athletes competing across 8 titles. A graduate of Oakland University, Danielle started her career in the healthcare industry, which allows her to bring a unique and wellness-focused perspective to the esports industry. She’s known for her dynamic leadership and proudly serves as a voice for underrepresented communities throughout the esports space.
